{"id":52214,"date":"2023-11-27T11:50:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T10:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ufap.eu\/ufap\/?p=52214"},"modified":"2023-11-27T11:59:10","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T10:59:10","slug":"grilles-indiciaires-des-adjoints-techniques-2eme-cl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ufap.eu\/ufap\/grilles-indiciaires-des-adjoints-techniques-2eme-cl\/","title":{"rendered":"GRILLES INDICIAIRES DES ADJOINTS TECHNIQUES 2\u00e8me cl"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le lundi 26 janvier 2023, l\u2019UNSa justice et <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">l\u2019UFAP UNS<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">a<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> justice <\/mark>\u00e9taient convi\u00e9es, au Minist\u00e8re de la Justice, pour des n\u00e9gociations sur des projets de d\u00e9crets relatifs au rel\u00e8vement de l\u2019indice minimum de traitement pour les Adjoints Techniques de la DAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>L\u2019UNSa justice et <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">l\u2019UFAP UNS<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">a<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> justice<\/mark> avaient apport\u00e9 plusieurs amendements dont celui-ci :<br>\u00ab Au regard du d\u00e9cret n\u00b02022-1615 du 22 d\u00e9cembre 2022, le traitement minimum dans la fonction publique a \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019indice brut 385. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous portons une modification \u00e0 l\u2019article 1er au niveau des indices de la grille sur les \u00e9chelons 1er, 2 et 3 (voir grille ci-dessous) visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre au d\u00e9cret vis\u00e9 en amont et aux dispositions du code de la fonction publique qui impose une revalorisation indiciaire lors d\u2019un changement d\u2019\u00e9chelon. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Lors de la r\u00e9union en bilat\u00e9rale du 31Ao\u00fbt sur le projet de r\u00e9forme du SG, l\u2019UNSa justice et l<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">l\u2019UFAP UNS<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">a<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> justice<\/mark> avaient interrog\u00e9 celui-ci concernant la publication du d\u00e9cret concernant la grille indiciaire des adjoints techniques de 2e classe sur lequel le CSA M a rendu un avis en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e.
